LETTER FROM WINGFIELD FARM

This summer we'll reprise the first three episodes of Canada's most enduring comedy series, all of which premiered at the Belfry. In Letter From Wingfield Farm, we meet stockbroker turned gentleman farmer Walt Wingfield as he sets up shop in Persephone Township. In Wingfield's Progress, Walt must rouse his fellow farmers to tackle urban sprawl and hold the wolves of progress at bay. After two profit-free seasons, Walt decides to take the economic reins to turn his fortunes around in Wingfield's Folly. Stockbrokers taking on the economy, what could possibly go wrong?

These three productions run July 30 - August 25, 2013; each playing for one week, and then all three taking turns during the final week.
