The Walrus Talks features eight speakers for seven minutes each on different aspects of Conversation. CAPP Presents "The Walrus Talks: The Art of Conversation" will bring together speakers from many disciplines for eighty minutes of lively, thought-provoking ideas. Our speakers will engage our audience on dialogue, the art of the interview, the state of the public square, finding common ground, reconciliation, and much more.
The event will feature Walrus Talks from: Hoggan & Associate's Jim Hoggan; Bishop of the Diocese of New Westminster, the Right Reverend Michael Ingham; Truth and Reconciliation Commissioner, Dr. Wilton Littlechild; War Child's Samantha Nutt; Broadcaster Shelagh Rogers; Morris J. Wosk Centre for Dialogue's Shauna Sylvester; and more!
This event takes place at the Belfry Arts Centre, on the Patrick Stewart Mainstage, Monday September 16 at 6:30pm. Tickets are $25 (+ GST). No refunds and no exchanges.
Seating is General Admission and there will not be an intermission. As this is not a Belfry Theatre production, we cannot accept Belfry coupons, vouchers, or gift certificates.
